Mango Shirts prides itself on producing high quality apparel. While other print shops leave room for a 2-3% error, we want you to walk away with every garment you ordered, the exact way you envisioned it. Our quality control process starts from the very moment you place your order with us. We will send you a mockup of your order, ensuring that the placement, size and design are correct before we print anything. As soon as that is approved by you, we burn your design onto screens using a mesh size that is most appropriate for the detail of your artwork. We then screenprint your work using high quality plastisol that is cured at the perfect temperature to ensure a long-lasting print. Finally, we look over each garment to confirm there are no mistakes and we fold and carefully pack your shipment to be delivered right to your door.
